Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping support for self-employed professionals and small corporations across Canada.

You don't need to know accounting to keep your business records organized. You provide the information about your business — bank and credit card statements, sales, expenses, payroll and other records — and I take care of organizing, checking and maintaining the accounting information.

You can use bookkeeping as a one-time service when you need help with a specific issue, or choose monthly bookkeeping if you want your business records maintained throughout the year.

What Can I Help You With?

Checking Your Bank and Credit Card Records

I compare the transactions in your accounting records with your bank and credit card statements to make sure nothing is missing, duplicated or recorded incorrectly.

Checking Your Sales

I review your recorded sales and payments to make sure the income shown in your books matches your business records.

Checking Your Expenses

I review business expenses and how they have been recorded, and identify transactions that may be missing or entered incorrectly.

Checking GST/HST

I review how GST/HST has been recorded on your sales and business expenses and identify errors that may affect your GST/HST return.

Checking Payroll

I review payroll information and the amounts recorded in your books to identify missing or incorrect entries.

Fixing Bookkeeping Problems

If your records are incomplete, behind or contain errors, I can review what you have, identify what needs to be corrected and bring the accounting records up to date.

Getting Your Books Ready for Tax Filing

If you need to file a self-employed tax return, GST/HST return or corporate T2 return but your accounting records are not ready, I can organize and review the information needed before the return is prepared.
